Payments are milestone-linked: design retainer, civil start, structure and MEP completion, joinery and finishing, and final handover. Each payment is triggered by a site milestone, not a calendar date.
Every turnkey handover includes a warranty register, vendor contacts, care instructions and as-built drawings. We also have a post-handover support window where our team returns to address any snags that emerge in the first 30 days.
Minor changes are manageable early in execution. Significant changes after civil work begins attract a change order with cost and timeline impact clearly documented. We flag the point of no return for each decision during design.
