A standard package includes photorealistic renders of key spaces (living, kitchen, master bedroom), material close-ups, lighting studies and one walkthrough. Additional spaces, revision rounds and 360-degree views are available as add-ons.
Every package includes two rounds of design revisions after the initial concept render. Changes to layout, materials or lighting within those rounds are covered. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate.
First renders for a standard 2 or 3 BHK are delivered within 7 to 10 working days from approved plans. Walkthroughs and full-home packages take 12 to 18 days.
Yes. We work from architectural drawings or site measurements. If you do not have drawings, SR can measure the space and produce a layout plan before beginning renders.
