Yes. We sequence work by phase — typically starting with bathrooms and kitchen, then bedrooms, then living areas — so there is always a functional part of the home available. Dust zones are sealed and noisy work is scheduled during agreed hours.

We inspect structure, waterproofing, existing electricals, plumbing lines, tile conditions and any civil repair needs before a single design decision is made. This audit prevents budget surprises mid-project.

Any new finding is documented and presented with a formal change order: what was found, the recommended fix and the cost impact. We never proceed on scope changes without written client approval.

A full 2 or 3 BHK renovation runs 11 to 16 weeks depending on civil repair needs and scope. We issue a milestone calendar at the brief stage so you always know what is happening and when.
